We host private parties for all occasions! You’ll have your own private room, your own instructor, and you pick the painting or project for your party. We can book a party for any day of the week, daytime or evening. You are welcome to bring food and/or decorations for your party. It is only $35 to book a private party! Adult parties start at $32 per painter; children’s parties start at $26 per painter. The booking fee is non-refundable and separate from the per person fee. Parties for all occasions
Whether it’s a birthday, a family gathering, or a Friends’ Night Out, we have you covered! You’ll have your own private room and instructor. The instructor walks everyone through the painting step-by step. Parties usually take 2 - 3 hours and you leave with a finished work of art. Choose from any painting or project! Adult parties are $35 to book and start at $32 per person, depending on the painting or project you choose. We offer all of our paintings on 16” x 20” wood palette for $42 per person. Kid’s Birthday Parties
We love hosting kids’ parties! Bring the cake and decorations and we’ll take care of the rest! You’ll have your own room, your own instructor, and you pick the painting. Parties for ages 5 - 12 are $35 to book and $26 per painter. Parties take about 2 hours, with a break in the middle that can be used for cake and presents. Off Site Events
Did you know that Viva Art can come to you? Prices start at $525 for up to 12 people (additional people are $30 pp) and we’ll bring everything you need to make your paint party special! We can teach for up to 65 people! We supply aprons, paint, brushes, cups, paper to cover tables, easels, canvas, instruction, and fun! The only thing we need from you are tables, chairs, and a water source. You can supply your own drinks and food for your guests, and you don’t have to go anywhere! We’ll travel anywhere within the Kentuckiana area. This is a great option for company events, private parties, church events, and more!
New! Black Light Party!
We’re now booking painting parties in our black light room! You’ll start with the lights on, adding some background and texture. Then half way through the class, we’ll turn out the lights and turn on the Black Lights to add some glowing touches to your painting! We can host black light paintings for kid or adult parties!
Fundraising Events
Book your fundraiser at Viva Art! We host fundraisers for non-profit organizations Sunday-Thursday. It’s easy - pick a date, pick the painting, and start advertising! It’s $35 to set up your fundraiser, but we will return that in your donation if you have 20 or more people register for your event. We reserve $28 per person and you set the price per seat. Anything over $28 is a donation straight to your organization. For example: If you set the price at $40 per seat, $12 per seat will go to your organization. We will include your event in our social media posts and emails. And you can leave a donation jar at our studio for the month of your event. Call or email to set up your event!
Bachelorette Parties
Bachelorette Parties are a favorite at our studio! Grab your bridal party and host a night out before your big day! Our studio is all ages, so the younger members of the bridal party can attend. You’ll have your own private room and instructor, so you’re welcome to decorate or bring food. Play games (naughty or not 😉 ) and enjoy icebreakers with the bridal party. You pick the painting or project! Customize your painting with your new monogram! It is $35 to book and starts at $32 per person. Staff Outtings/Team Building Events
Looking for something different to do with your staff? We can help you celebrate the year with an office holiday party or host your team-building event! For a standard painting class, you pick the painting or project! We also have team-building projects, like paired/couple paintings, paint your co-worker, and a puzzle painting you can hang in your office space!
Gender Reveal Parties
New at our Studio! Host your Gender Reveal Party! We’ll help you pick a painting for the occasion. The Instructor will walk guests through the painting step-by-step, leaving the last color a surprise. Guests are handed paint cups with only white paint showing (pink or blue paint is under the white). Mix the color to reveal the gender! You’ll have your own room, so you can decorate and bring snacks! Gender Reveal parties are $35 to book and $25 per painter, and include a smaller 11 x 14” canvas. Parties take about 1 - 1.5 hours.
